This fast growing global CRO is looking to recruit a Proposal Development Associate to be based out of their UK office. You will benefit from a fantastic working environment, and a company which puts its employees career development first!
Your main responsibilities will be to analyse information received in study specification sheets, protocols, case report forms and other supporting information, used to prepare proposals. You will prepare and manage the development of appropriate resource/service fees using algorithms and electronic spreadsheets as well as maintaining up-to-date tracking of all proposals, in the proposal tracking database.
You will be the holder of a science or business degree and currently working in proposals in a CRO or other related industry. You will possess excellent interpersonal, negotiating and communication skills as well as having the ability to prioritise and meet strict deadlines. A good grasp of MS Word and Excel is a necessity.
