Lead a team of experienced CRAs across phase II and III oncology, CNS and cardiovascular projects! Senior CRA UK (Home Based) - Europe - to £38K

This is a flexible UK home or office based Clinical Research Associate (CRA) position with one of the leading international clinical research organisations (CRO).

You will have the opportunity to become involved in high profile projects! This company has entered a new phase of growth and as a result is looking to hire an experienced CRA at Senior CRA level to manage trial related site activities on new and ongoing phase II-IV studies.

Joining a small but dedicated and highly experienced clinical operations team you will manage all aspects of feasibility and study start up, selection, initiation, routine monitoring and close-out in the UK.

You will have core monitoring and site management responsibilities. You will manage sites in the UK but will focus on acting as a Lead CRA across Europe. You will be heavily involved in mentoring and supporting junior members of the monitoring team, attending accompanied visits and reviewing monitoring reports.

The CRA role at this company is very broad in scope and includes ethics applications, regulatory liaison, negotiating contracts with sites, managing supplies, tracking clinical budget/PI payments and helping to write clinical study reports. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and train junior CRAs
